Bulgarian Market Intelligence is an independent, founder-led research venture helping international buyers and professionals understand Bulgaria’s residential market through official evidence.
The perspective behind the work
I built Bulgarian Market Intelligence to bring rigorous data work to a market I know personally. My background spans astrophysics, mathematics education, government analytics, legal technology and business intelligence, alongside several years spent living and working in Bulgaria. Across those roles, the common thread has been turning complex information into something people can understand and use.
This venture is the practical expression of that experience. I have built the data pipelines, SQL models, analysis and reporting behind it to give international readers a clearer view of Bulgaria’s residential market. The aim is straightforward: connect the strongest available evidence, explain it well and help people approach important property decisions with greater confidence.
What the research is designed to do
Bulgarian Market Intelligence connects fragmented official releases before a buyer moves from market screening to property selection and local professional due diligence.
The work does not tell readers what to buy. It helps them identify better questions and decide where further investigation is justified.
