Information collected
The enquiry form is designed to collect a name, email address, country of residence, enquiry category, location of interest, timescale, optional budget range and information voluntarily included in the enquiry.
Why it is used
Information will be used to assess and respond to an enquiry, recommend an appropriate research or buyer-support route, prepare an agreed proposal and retain a proportionate business record.
Data minimisation
Do not submit identity documents, contracts, bank details, title documents, detailed financial records or special-category personal information through the initial enquiry form.
Sharing and referrals
Enquiry information will not be sold. Details will only be shared with a relevant professional where the sender has agreed to an introduction, with providers needed to operate the website securely, or where required by law.
Retention and individual rights
The final notice will state the retention period and the route for requesting access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Information will not be retained for longer than reasonably necessary.
Hosting, forms and international transfers
The final hosting and form-delivery providers will be named here before launch, together with any relevant international-transfer safeguards.
Analytics and cookies
V1 will avoid advertising cookies and unnecessary tracking. If privacy-conscious analytics are introduced, their purpose and operation will be documented before activation.
